Anna Wintour rarely gives interviews, so kudos to The Telegraph for grabbing Vogue's EIC for a few moments yesterday in London. What did we learn? Anna loves Top Shop, Christopher Kane and the theatre. Our favorite part is at the end of the video when Anna concludes the interview by turning around and walking away. Brilliant!

A Moment With...Nina Garcia

Marie Claire's fashion director Nina Garcia gave birth to Alexander David Conrod at the end of November, but recently returned to work and had a packed schedule during NY Fashion Week. Chic had a post-baby chit chat with the Project Runway judge last week.

Did you get to catch up on any hobbies or guilty pleasures while on maternity leave?

I got to take my son to and from school everyday, and make cookies. The secret indulgence that I discovered while on maternity leave is that I love to cook and I never knew it. I just love to bake.

What would you be doing if you weren't here right now?

I'd probably be baking cookies.

Does Marie Claire have anything planned to welcome you back? Some post-maternity leave cupcakes, maybe?

Oh, I hope not! I want to make cupcakes for others, not for me.

If you missed out on Rodarte for Target the first time, your fashion prayers have been answered. Sort of. The retailer is reintroducing 34 dresses--each priced for under $50--from 17 of the designers they've worked with in the past. Who is heading back to the store? Luella Bartley, Tara Jarmon, Paul & Joe (by Sophie Albou), Behnaz Sarafpour, Proenza Schouler (by Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez), Libertine (by Johnson Hartig), Alice Temperley, Erin Fetherston, Jovovich-Hawk (by Milla Jovovich and Carmen Hawk), Rogan (by Rogan Gregory), Richard Chai, Jonathan Saunders, Thakoon (by Thakoon Panichgul), Tracy Feith, Zac Posen and Tucker (by Gaby Basora) and the Mulleavy sisters' Rodarte. Look for the return of these dresses on March 13 through April 10, 2011 at most Target stores and Target.com. We know some of you would like the entire collection to return, but enjoy this little nibble, darlings.

Check out some of the returning looks in our Gallery.

We recently spotted Kate Bosworth at Calvin Klein, but now she's across the pond in England for London Fashion Week. The actress looked super sexy attending the Burberry Prorsum show at Kensington Gardens yesterday. We love the royal wave she's giving the crowd in this pic. Lovely!

Rebecca Minkoff's Madison Musts

Rebecca Minkoff Takes Us To Madison Rebecca Minkoff Takes Us To Madison

Over the past few months, Rebecca Minkoff has shared her adventures from trips to Mexico, London and Hong Kong, but this week Rebecca goes nostalgic on us and takes us to Madison, Wisconsin.

"This may come as a shock to you, but I am not particularly sports-minded. I am a fair-weather fan, at best.  However, when society makes such a big deal about something – like the Super Bowl – I do pay attention. In honor of Green Bay’s recent win, I am going to dedicate this post to the nostalgic, Midwest home from which my family hails:  Madison, Wisconsin. While perhaps not as sexy as my former destinations, it is not without plenty of charm – and fashion!

First stop? Why State Street, of course! Beginning at Lake Street and ending at the Wisconsin State Capital, this pedestrian-only six block stretch is riddled with shops, bars and restaurants boasting everything from University sweatshirts to Rebecca Minkoff.

Think Wisconsin is all farmers in denim overalls? Shop at Bop – the only brick & mortar for Alexis Bittar to Zimmermann, Uggs (perhaps the most obvious Wisconsin footwear choice) to yours truly, this fashion oasis is a refreshing reminder of how chic the “fly-over states” really are.

It’s easy to work up an appetite strolling through the great outdoors. My favorite place to eat is the Sunroom Café, but you have to know where you’re going – it’s unassumingly nestled on the second floor!  Fair trade coffee, organic omelets, and locally grown produce – even the most discerning foodie’s palette will be happy.  I always go for the grilled Norwegian salmon – add capers, please!

There is no high greater than a good vintage find, and St. Vinny’s is the go-to thrift shop. Have an ‘Ugly Christmas Sweater Party’? Need the perfect vintage polyester dress?  Or a solid oak entertainment center?  T-shirt circa 1978 toting a local beer league softball team? Look no further than St. Vincent’s.  Don’t want to leave State Street? There’s Ragstock with both new and gently-loved affordable treasures – the perfect place to pick up your Halloween costume.

Madison, I love you – and your squeaky cheese curds, New Glarus beers, and Babcock ice cream!"

To hear more about my adventures and get up-to-the-minute updates on what I’m up to, follow me on facebook, twitter, and on my blog.

What Model Are You?

Modelinia's new t-shirts with model-related catch phrases are truly clever. Proclaim that "Nobody does it better than Abbey Lee" on your chest, or show the world that you Facebook "like" Karlie Kloss. Models Coco Rocha, Lara Stone and Dree Hemingway also have shirts dedicated to them. T-shirts are $45 and a portion of the proceeds go to Unicef, but act fast: Only a few have been made! We wonder who will sell out first....
