The Deyn Sisters Do Uniqlo
Uniqlo has signed another chic collaboratrix! Agyness Deyn and her sister Emily have concocted a T-shirt line as part of the brand's ongoing UT Project, a collection of limited-edition styles. J'adore the rocker prints and sawed-off sleeves! Oh, FYI: Emily, 22, lives right here in New York and runs a design company known as HusseinDeyn.

Lusting for Olivier? Read This First!
In certain circles, Olivier Zahm is a hottie totale. (Even though religious Daily-readers will remember an old photo of the Purple guru in which he bears an eerie resemblance to a young Rick Moranis.) But Terry Richardson's blog has afforded us a much too intimate look at Monsieur and his, um, shopping habits. The caption: "Olivier Buying Magnums." We report, you decide...but please don't investigate on our behalf!

Beauty Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast and bed is a fantastic combo, but breakfast and beauty is a pretty delightful mixture, too---so it’s not surprising that we always look forward to the Redbook MVP Awards. Women stepped out bright and early this morning for the 8 a.m. event, but in a crowd of makeup enthusiasts, there wasn’t a dark circle to be seen. Beauty director Cheryl Kramer Kaye and beauty editor Krista Bennett DeMaio revealed the winners during a lighthearted awards ceremony at the Bryant Park Grill over fruit, scrambled eggs, coffee, and plenty of goodies---like Philip B. Botanicals Russian Amber Imperial Shampoo and Halston Woman Eau de Parfum Spray. Products were divided into five categories: Taste, Sight, Touch, Smell and Hearing. We thought we were low on fabulous Mother’s Day products, but the beauty awards presentation proved us dead wrong. For a complete list of winners, visit www.redbookmag.com/mvpawards and grab a copy of the May issue!

A Moment With…Tamara Mellon
Tamara Mellon’s in-store event to celebrate the new Choo 24/7 boots may have been postponed due to volcanic ash delays the other week, but Mellon is back in the states and has hit the pavement running. We caught up with her about why it’s okay to wear a favorite pair of heels 24 hours a day, seven days a week…even beachside with the family.
You’ve braved the elements and made it to New York!
Yes! I was trapped in London with the volcano!
The Choo 24/7 boots are the latest creations from the new Choo 24/7 line.
Yes, the 24/7 is so exciting because the response from all the customers has been fantastic. I think we really hit on a need. Women desire these go-to pieces that still look modern and relevant. They also need to know that they’re not going to be out of fashion in two years time, and they can rely on the look down the line, as well. The whole concept was to have shoes that can de-stress your life. You know that if you have a staple shoe that goes with anything, then you can stop worrying so much.
What is your go-to de-stressor shoe?
With the boot collection I am going to pair a dress or pencil skirt with an ankle boot come fall. I’ll have the boot in black, suede and leopard print. And I’ll just grab them with jeans or a cocktail dress and I plan on that totally de-stressing my life. It can all depend on your mood.
And today’s mood is?
Yes, today I’m wearing a black heel instead of perhaps a leopard. I really like that the classic pump is coming back now, and it looks so cool and modern.
Any warm-weather plans now that you’re in the city?
This is going to be my first summer in New York, so it will be a whole discovery process! I know I want to take my daughter out to the Hamptons this summer, which will be fantastic. We’re a beach family, I’d say. I love it!

Holy Shalom! Byrdie Bell Mystery, Solved!
Chic Report had heard buzz that Byrdie Bell was enjoying some kind of Manhattan hiatus in Israel, but what she was doing there remained a mystery...until now. While browsing Style.com, we came across this delicious bit of dish: "Also spotted: Byrdie Bell, whose stint on Israeli Big Brother has made her a hit abroad." Israeli Big Brother? Qu'est-ce c'est? A little quick googling led us to the show's Wikipedia page (technically, it's called HaAh HaGadol 2), complete with Bell's cast member bio. "Byrdie Bell, A twenty-four year old woman from New York, is an American actress who entered the house on Day 71. She is a fake housemate, and the housemates believe she was evicted from the US edition of Big Brother, to be sent to the Israeli house. The housemates also believe the public will be voting on whether or not Byrdie should stay in the house as a housemate or be evicted. She left the house on Day 74." She may have only lasted three days in the house, but don't worry, darling: there's always Big Brother Mozambique!
