Coming Up Roses
Confession: Chic loves buying perfumes as much for their scents as for the way they look grouped on our dresser (Gucci Flora and Miss Dior Cherie are two adorable recent additions). Perhaps Mrs. Herrera has the same fragrance decorating technique as nous, because her new pinkleather-wrapped limited-edition fragrance, CH Garden Party, will look perfect nestled in with our array of glass bottles. Oh--and it smells lovely, too, with a perfectly garden party-appropriate blend of citrus and florals like jasmine and rose. THE DETAILS: CH Garden Party, $90, Nordstrom

Spring in Your Step
There's not much springier than these ridiculously fabulous Tsumori Chisato wedges, with their poppy print and pedicure-baring open toe---and an espadrille base flecked with gold (naturally). But our favorite part? The colorful fringe trailing from the heels, which reminds us of the ribbons that used to fly from our bike handles as a kid. No, they're not for the faint of heart, but just think of how they'll jazz up your summer uniform of slouchy khakis (rolled up at the hem, of course) and a tee... THE DETAILS: Tsumori Chisato lace-up wedges, $540, www.openingceremony.com

Dean and Dan Go Country
Dean and Dan Caten, our favorite set of dapper twins, are getting behind the drivers seat as they team up with Mini Cooper for the new Mini Countryman, which will hit the showrooms in September. As a part of the Salone del Mobile in Milan, Mini Cooper celebrated its new petite automobile with a fête themed “Urban meets Country.” The boys stocked their bright red Mini Coop with canoes, fishing gear, and all the trimmings for a weekend getaway. We’d love to hit the road with these boys!

Daily Service: The Best-Kept Secret in Nails!
Once Rescue Beauty Lounge loyalists, Chic has found itself more budget-focused lately (damn recession!), and as such, we've been relentlessly scouring for new nail salons that pack as much chic. After months of travail, found! Ladies and gents, behold Sakura, a teensy tiny little place on the Upper East Side (2nd Avenue and 89th, with a second location in the East Village) that offers flawless manicures that last for at least 5 days before chipping. (For Chic, this is a serious accomplishment.) Not to mention the Everyday Organics lotions, clean and pristine stations, and gratis mug of green tea. Did we mention a manicure is $12?! Try to contain yourselves. But what really draws the crowds is Sakura's Calgel application. Very thin coats of this organic, non-toxic polish are applied and dried, leaving you with a manicure that will last for three weeks (or longer) without a chip or scratch. Now you know how we make it through Fashion Week unscathed!
THE DETAILS: Sakura Nail and Spa, Uptown: 1709 Second Avenue, 212.722.1734; Downtown: 35 East 1st Street, 212. 387.9161; manicures from $12, pedicures from $26
