If you've ever wanted to marry in Isaac—or marry Isaac, whatever—then finally, you have a chance. The designer has concocted a collection of six bridal gowns exclusively for The Aisle New York, the luxury e-commerce site. The gowns, which will be made to order, are available in sizes 0-14, or custom made-to-measure. They will be delivered to customers within two (two!) weeks of purchase. Prices range from $2,200 for a silk mini with a flower appliqué to $4,500 for an ivory peplum gown with a grosgrain belt. "The best place to shop for your wedding gown is the privacy of your own computer," declared Mizrahi about his latest projet. His miniaudieres and jewels will also be available for purchase. And as usual, a portion of proceeds will be donated to Isaac's favorite charity, Good Shepherd's Services. The boutique opens on April 5! Prepare!

The Jane was filled with a fashionable flock of young talent with burgeoning careers in every niche and nook of the industry on Wednesday evening. Just another night at the Jane? Non! It was the launch event of hi.DEFF, a "digitial entertainment fashion force" for the new guard of fashion. The nametags might have been the first giveaway, and the stylish togs donned by the crowd mingling by the fireplace was another indicator of the day jobs held by this chic coterie. Founded by friends Justine Harman, assistant editor at People.com and PeopleStyleWatch.com, Lindsay Niggeman, account manager at Thrillist and Lizzie Rosenberg, associate merchandiser at J.Crew, hi.DEFF is all about taking profesh relationships and making the face-to-face connections among today's whippersnappers and tomorrow's gamerunners of fashion. The fabulous turnout for hi.DEFF's inaugeral event included Wall Street Journal's Rachel Dodes, WWD's Rachel Strugatz, celeb stylist and eBay Fashion spokesperson Annabel Tollman, Charlotte Cowles of New York's "The Cut," – and Leandra Medina, aka "The Man Repeller," bedecked in a fab black Mongolian fur vest. Chic chatted with co-founder Justine Harman about how hi.DEFF got cobbled together (in a Google doc!), the story behind the lovely NARS goodies and much more!

Peas and carrots, macarons and Chic Report....there's something splendid about the Blake Lively/Marchesa combo. Maybe it's the fact that only someone with that kind of bod can pull of that kind of dress? Last night, the Chanel ambassador (discuss!) sported an embroidered red silk organza illusion cap sleeve dress with a tulle ruffle skirt to the CinemaCon Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada. Appropriate!

Food Time! Food Time!

Looking for a cheap place to grab a bite in Manhattan this weekend? Resin designer Chantel Valentene writes in with another foodie rec.

"I was out and about in SoHo on one of those sunny days we’ve had recently, enjoying the quintessential New York experience. I strolled into Rick Owens and Atelier with my friend, discussing the relative merits of paying rent and buying new clothes. We chilled, grabbed drinks and waxed philosophical about life (due to tipsiness).  Next stop: What Goes Around Comes Around. All the while, our stomachs were consuming themselves. One of the staffers tipped us off to MoonCake. The next thing we knew, three people are impressing upon us to eat the miso salmon.

We strolled around the corner to find a modest Asian diner. The menu consisted of savory sandwiches and snacks like springy wontons stuffed with snow-pea greens, sweetly spiced chicken wings, and lobster mango summer rolls. We started with the salad: grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, mesclun and buckwheat soba noodles, topped with ginger cilantro pesto dressing. I met my quota for one healthy meal a day. Also as recommended, we each ordered the salmon. Cue the home-cooked Asian comfort food choir. Hallelujah! This is some good sh*t!. Best part was the bill: all of $32 for appetizers, entrees, and drinks. You know we were happy because we cleaned our plates and left with the buttons to our jeans undone. THE DETAILS: Locations at 28 Watts Street, 359 West 54th Street, and 263 West 30th Street. More info at mooncakefoods.com."

Amy Smilovic: Interiors as Accessories

A warm Chic welcome to Tibi's Amy Smilovic, who's the latest designer to join our roster of regular columnists. She's going to write about another great passion in her life: design. "For me, interior design is such a natural progression from fashion," she says. "Fantastic coffee table books are to my home as shoes are to my closet.  I’m constantly thinking about my next 'project' room, and thus was born this weekly column about design. Now if only I had enough hours in a day/week to actually realize all these concepts!"

"Some people accessorize with jewelry, some with shoes. While I’m no doubt all for that, I find the ultimate accessory is the room itself.  A few years back, I redecorated my house, and found it utterly liberating to design each room around a runway collection.  Bruce, my trusty interior designer extraordinaire, thought it was absolutely mad that when we first met, I’d prepared mood boards featuring the most recent Chloé, Marc Jacobs, and Marni collections.  But I thought it made complete sense: I’m a clothing-obsessed designer,  and looking at those collections seriously helped ground my choices. You can’t help but have a chicly designed room if you’ve clearly identified what you’re wearing in said room. Seriously, would Derek Lam’s girl be caught dead in a comfortable sofa sectional? I’m sure she’d rather have a standout, boldly-printed chair that works fabulously with her denim blazer and pants.  And the ashtray provides some serious cobalt accenting (design impact only—no smoking, please!). I love the linear lines of the chair contrasted with circular accent motifs throughout the room. It makes you want to enforce a dress code, no?"
