Screen Time with Gaga: Can You Afford It?
How much would you pay to stand next to Lady Gaga while she croons away in a music video? If you said anything less than a cool million, step aside, darling. An anonymous Russian billionaire known only as “Arkady” apparently paid $1 million to star alongside Gaga in her video for “Alejandro.” The 30-year old superfan enjoys a cameo appearance, which involves plenty of longing stares. While we adore Lady, we'll save our billions and get our Gaga fix a moins cher way---MTV, anyone?

Prada's Black and White Magic
Fall ad campaigns are trickling in, and after a particularly womanly showing from Miuccia Prada on the March runway, Chic is happy to reveal the brand's grown-up look. Shot by Steven Meisel, Angela Lindvall and a slew of models in similarly bouffant'ed glory---Valerija Kelava, Daria Strokous and Sigrid Agren---pose with equally gorgeous male models Kim Dall Armi, Clement Chabernaud, Mark Cox and Mathias Bergh, who has earned the place of honor on the arm of Lindvall in both the women's and men's campaigns.

Any casual browser of Jak & Jil no doubt caught Tommy Ton's shot of these jaw-dropping spinal cord heels by DSquared2 from his recent trip to Italy---Chic certainly did, and we're still dreaming about them. Lucky, then, that Design Boom's gone and tracked them down for us.
