Say wha?! The Daily Mail is reporting a new trend across the pond: proms for toddlers. (You can't make this stuff up!) Apparently, British momagers-in-training are throwing their wee ones a prom to mark their "graduation" from nursery school to elementary school, complete with gowns, corsages, tuxes, and stretch limos. C'est bizzare.
