Last night, media folk from Radar, Gawker, Chic Report, and other assorted A-listers gathered at Tom and Jerry's on Elizabeth and Houston to bid au revoir to Page Six's Neel Shah. (You may have seen him in those Bing ads). Today, he officially decamps for Los Angeles to join the writing staff of "Friends With Benefits," a new NBC show. When Cartier decided to relaunch its scarlet messenger bag, the Marcello de Cartier, the brand employed an unusual marketing strategy. Cartier sent photographer Denis Dailleux to sunny Brazil with local super Fernanda Motta. Together, the two hit the beach, ate at local cafes, and ambled along the streets of Rio de Janeiro with Cartier products in tow. Motta, who is now spending more and more time in Gotham, is right in her element.

These NYC Ballet Dancers Will Shock You!

The annual Dance with the Dancers event just became a bit more exciting. At the gala on Monday, NYCB dancers eschwed their usual comic skit in favor of an uproarious original music video, “Twirl." Showing more than perfect pirouettes and plies, the dancers frolic on rooftops and sip sangria. Even these athletes deserve to let loose, non?

The founder of the Kenzo brand (which still exists, loves!) has just unleashed a series of eight self portraits. Naturally, it will be exhibited at the Studio 55 gallery in Paris and features the designer sporting his signature flower-printed kimonos. Genius once, genius forever...
