If the mailman is walking with a little more pep in his step, Chic knows why. The sublime Candice Swanepoel graces the cover of the Victoria's Secret 2011 swim catalogue looking as va-voom, va-voom, va-voom as possible. The South African model replaces last year's cover gal Lindsay Ellingson. VS's resident photographer Russell James shot angels Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Erin Heatherton, Adriana Lima and more in St. Barts, Turks and Caicos and Anguilla for the catalogue. Enjoy!

Marie Claire EIC Joanna Coles is back, with even more insight into the wonderful world of tech. Thank heavens!

So JoCo: What's your number one tip for women when it comes to tech? "Find a 14 year-old boy and ask him what's new. At that age, they don't use eye contact, so you'll have to sit down, side by side."

Do you spend more time on your computer or on your iPad now? "Soley iPad or Blackberry."

Why do you have a Blackberry over an Iphone? "I can text and e-mail faster, and I rarely use a cellphone except to locate my car."

Are you on Facebook? "Marie Claire has 35,000 followers on Facebook and 290,000 on Twitter."

Where do you think Facebook will go? "More commercial. I like it, but I don't believe in tech-utopia."

Don't forget! Marie Claire re-launched its sexy iPad App last month!

Remember when kids were just kids? Not if your last name is Beckham. The Independent reports today that 8-year-old Romeo Beckham, the middle son of Victoria and David, will be unveiled on the British GQ's best dressed list as the UK's 26th most stylish male, beating out Jude Law and Prince William. David Walker-Smith, director of menswear at Selfridges, told the mag, "(Romeo) is experimental, quirky and fun, and his style has nothing mini-me about it. It's me-me." Alrighty then! Speaking of, rumors swirled last fall that the tyke would be launching his own sunglass line, as part of his mother's fashion collection, Victoria Beckham. Did we mention he's still in elementary school?

Mommy and Me with Stacey Bendet: How to Avoid A Meltdown

Alice + Olivia's Stacey Bendet is back from vacation with more exclusive parenting advice for Chic. This week, the pregnant designer shares her way to stay sane.

"I just spent 15 hours flying back from Hawaii with my little angel toddler (3 year-old Eloise) sticking pretzels up my nose, dropping things in every crack of the seat, and spitting out crackers all over my cashmere sweater. This does not = relaxation. I can't drink margaritas, the taste of Dr.-allowed wine makes me want to gag, and hair dye is a no-no… So enjoy my mommy meltdown prevention practices!

ACUPUNCTURE WITH ADELE REISING: She is a dream! I go to her for everything from back pain to swelling to happy baby massages. She is a Chinese herbalist and acupuncturist.  www.adelereising.com

ICE CREAM OR FROZEN YOGURT: I mean, everyone needs a baby vice. Consider Sundaes and Cones.

MASSAGE: At home, I recommend Tim De Lonay, an experienced pre-natalist, or Dr. Trish Dean, the most intense amazing experience ever. While she is often traveling with one of several rock stars, I book her whenever she is in New York. Contact her at drtrishdean@aol.com.

MANI/PEDIS: If your ass can't always look good, at least your hands and feet can. I love Minx, and they are non-toxic, so you and baby are free of polish fumes.

YOGA WITH EDDIE STERN: OK, my yoga might be a little intense, but any yoga is great while you are pregnant. It relaxes you and the baby and keeps your arms and ass in great shape. The breathing practice helps with labor (or your planned c-section pre-game anxiety moments—a better alternative to screaming at husband). You can feel the baby relax as you do. "

Check out our Gallery for pictures of Stacey doing yoga while pregnant.
