Chic knows a few drag queens who are going to be doing backflips at Barracuda when they hear the news that Madonna and Guy Oseary have entered a license agreement with Aldo to create a footwear collection. Madonna shoes, people! The second venture for MG Icon (the joint venture with Iconix Brand), her Madgesty's footwear collection will be called "Truth or Dare by Madonna" ranges from flats, heels and boots, and styles that Madge is known for such as the over-the-knee boot. Other ways to play truth or dare with the icon: handbags, a scent, and skivvies! The collection will be available in August at the likes of Macy's and Nordstrom, and will range from a very reasonable $89 to $349. Arianne Phillips (recently Oscar-nominated for her W.E. costumes) serves as creative consultant for the line. It's like a prayer.

She's like a cat with 900 lives, non? Mario Testino shot the eternally gorg Jennifer Lopez for Vogue's April cover, aka the annual Shape Issue. (Don't miss that sexy article on how to beat a migraine!) Apologies for the grainy quality of the cover image, but you know how the internets have no patience. We need to see these things pronto!

More Madge madness from (who else?!) Chic's dear Sergio pore over! This time around, he's headed to the superstar slash idol's "inner sanctum" to bliss out during a listening sesh for the new album. Plus, celebrating Hearst's major anny, and some quality time with the Nanny...

Monday
So apparently I have “Madonna’s eyes.” Don’t see it? Too bad, because Liz Rosenberg does. Back to that in a bit…So, on Friday eve I was invited to the midtown offices of the one and only Liz Rosenberg, aka publicist to Madonna, Queen of the Universe. Along with a very, very exclusive group, I was invited to to preview Madonna’s latest album, MDNA. I still can’t quite believe it. I remember the day back in 1992 when I opened up The New York Times and saw a huge profile on La Liz, sitting at her desk with hundreds of magazine covers featuring Madonna on the wall behind her. My dream then was to meet Liz, who might introduce me to Her Madgesty. Funny how it only took 20 years. Upon entering the floor, Liz embraces me (OMFG!) with open arms and leads me into a conference room where MDNA is blasting from the speakers. All I wanted to do was dance, but I was among journalists, and sometimes less is more. I held back, but inside I was dancing like a maniac—jumping up and down, ecstatic and overjoyed. I was in Madonna’s inner sanctum! Now, let’s talk about the music: MDNA kicks ass. It’s a massive-boombastic-in-your-face-electric-don't-give-a-fuck-full-of-energy album. Madonna sounds amazing, and is clearly having the time of her life. Her daughter Lourdes makes an appearance singing background on a track called "Superstar." But my fave song on the album is called Beautiful Killer, a tribute to Alain Delon, aka France’s answer to James Dean. It’s fun, it’s pop, it’s dance—and it’s so damn infectious. The highlight of the night was watching Liz dance with her assistant, Nadia. There was so much joy in Liz’s face, as much joy as Madonna has brought me over the years. I spent three hours at Liz’s office, along with one of my fave bloggers, Matthew Rettenmund of Boy Culture, listening and analyzing every song. By the end of the night Matt and I were the only two left, along with Liz and her team, at which point I asked Liz to pose for a photo. “You know I don’t do photos,” she told me. “C’mon Liz, I have a photo with Madonna, and now I need one with you to remember this night,” I said. Liz obliged, but not before dressing my head with Martian antenna ears. (In case you didn’t know, Liz has a thing for headgear.) As I was leaving, Liz gives me a hug and says “Glad you’re a part of my circle, and you are coming with me to Philadelphia for the opening night”. Oh no she didn’t! I wanted to scream…As I was leaving, she looked me in the eyes and said, “By the way, you totally have Madonna eyes.” Um, say what, pardonne moi? “No, you do, your eyes have they are the same shape as Madonna’s.” And right then and there, the gates of heaven opened and a thousand angels sang to me.

Tuesday
I spent my morning on the set of Live With Kelly interviewing my mom’s fave TV actress, Fran Drescher. Seriously, Mama Kletnoy is OBSESSED with Fran and The Nanny, and nearly died when I told her that I spent the morning with the most famous laugh on the planet. Fran is in town promoting the second season of her new hilarious sitcom, Happily Divorced, on TV Land. Just like my mom, I’ve been a big fan ever since her brief but memorable cameo in Saturday Night Fever. You must check out my interview to witness the surprising personal side of Fran—and be sure to catch the hilarious Happily Divorced Wednesday nights on TV Land.  Later that night, I was Amanda Hearst’s date to the premiere of Elizabeth Olsen’s horror flick, Silent House, a remake of a Spanish movie called La Casa Muda, which apparently was beyond scary and has just been added to my long list of must-rent flicks. I won’t ruin anything for you, but it was definitely scary, crazy and a bit psychotic. But frankly, the scariest part of the movie was sitting next to Michael C. Hall, aka Dexter, Showtime’s popular serial killer, who literally kept jumping out of his seat every time the audience screamed. Turns out, Dexter’s a big wuss.

Wednesday
While THE BOSS enjoyed her last day in Paris, I savored my last day of freedom. Because I don’t want to incriminate myself, I can’t tell you about all the awesome ways I treated myself today. But I’m worth it, damnit. And these cuticles won’t cut themselves. Later that evening, I was off to see another British band, Morning Parade, at Terminal 5. Loved them so much that I convinced MC’s new lifestyle editor Jessica Flint to cover them in the mag. I have a pretty good radar for new talent. Tooting my own horn—toot, toot!

Thursday
This week the almighty Hearst celebrates 125 years in business—for an institution that old, we’re holding up quite nicely, wouldn’t you say? Nobody knows how to throw a party like Hearst. Everyone in the spectacular Hearst Tower got flashy new ID cards; the Empire State Building was lit up in "Hearst Blue"; PBS ran a documentary about the history of the company. But the best birthday present of all: the company comped us all lunch, capped off with a massive birthday cake baked by Sylvia Weinstock, the celebrity go-to cake wizard. Of course, I had to get a photo with Sylvia. After, she takes out her business card, asks me to put her on the MC comp list, and tells me to tweet her. The woman is 88 years old! Gotta love her! The rest of my day was spent at the St. Regis hotel, in the “Tiffany Suite” where we were shooting a cover with one of Hollywood’s biggest stars. Of course, I can’t reveal a thing, but it was awesome. As if that wasn’t enough excitement, my schedule that night included three birthday celebrations: the first was a double dinner at Bar Stuzzichini with my dear friends, PR maven Tara Lowenberg and her dad Mark Lowenberg, aka "Dentist to the Stars." I devoured a huge bowl of pasta before darting to the next birthday bash for my friend Justin Campbell, JustJared photographer, at Duet 35, a karaoke bar in Little Korea. Justin is also a major Madonna fan and watching him “sing” two Madonna medleys was priceless. As I left the bar close to 1 a.m., I heard someone yell at my direction… “Yo, can you help?" I turned around, and saw some random guy trying to push a massive fridge onto a truck and needed help. Just my luck, my glamorous day of cake, celebrity photo shoots and fancy dinners ended with me pushing a dirty fridge onto a truck in my Pierre Hardy’s and Balmain. Ah, the glamorous life.

Friday
Obsessed: The song that rocked the catwalk of the Rick Owens show in Paris and, most importantly, belongs on RuPaul’s Drag Race for every contestant to lip-synch for their lives “Ima Read” by Zebra Katz featuring Njena Reddd Foxxx. Next up is “The Void” by the Danish duo, Darkness Falls. It's dark and eerie and oh so cool. And finally, my second most anticipated artist this year behind Madonna, Marina + The Diamonds and her first official single, “Primadonna,” amazing hook, great beat and contains Madonna in the title, so you know it’s killer! It should be out next week, until then catch me on Twitter at @SergioKletnoy!

Reports of Lindsay Lohan falling for Terry Richardson were more than enough bliss for us this week, but now an alleged new couple has gotten us very excited. Our friends at The Daily Mail are reporting Katy Perry and Baptiste Giabiconi (in the event that you've been reading the sports section, that's Karl Lagerfeld's BFF in the whole wide world) are an item. The two reportedly met at the Chanel show (it happens to us all!), and sources reveal: "He was sitting next to her at the show. Then we all had dinner the other night, they were holding hands and looking cozy, and now they are inseparable." All of this in mere days! Better start working on that best man toast, Karl!

Paris Fashion Week is officially fini, but we're still captivated by Marc Jacobs and architect Peter Marino's under the radar look at "Louis Vuitton- Marc Jacobs: The Exhibition" at the Musee des Arts Decoratifs, a wing of the Louvre. How precious, non? In other news...Marc tells the current issue of Time that he has very few close friends and Honey Badger don't care explaining: "There are very few people whose opinion about fashion matters to me...Grace Coddington is a great editor and a great friend, and whether or not she likes something I do, I believe she'll give me an honest opinion."
