This whole Kimye-covering-Vogue situation could only have ended badly...We're guessing this will probably be settled out of court, but singer Ricky Spicer has filed a lawsuit against Condé Nast Entertainment for including his voice in a video with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West that was filmed during their covershoot for Vogue.com. According to papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, he can be heard five times as West's single "Bound 2" plays in the background. "Mr. Spicer’s voice is used substantially throughout the video, comprising approximately 44 percent of the vocals,” the lawsuit states. Condé Nast declined comment on the case to The Daily News. So, just who is Ricky Spicer? He's a former child soul singer who sued West last year after he sampled his voice in the song without compensation; he's currently a construction worker in Cleveland.

Hola! Adriana Lima takes a little time to smell the roses in the May edition of Vogue Spain. Miguel Reveriego shot the Brazilian beauty, who was in London earlier this week to announce that she and the rest of the angels will be taking the Victoria's Secret show across the pond this year. We've had a major case of the sads since hearing that.

Childhood dreams came true for our Cosmo pal Sergio Kletnoy this week: the assistant to Joanna Coles (and oh so much more!) has photographic evidence, at long last, of his encounter with a bewitching French superstar. It's only a matter of time before this shot gets enlarged and ornately framed, right, Serge?
"My love affair with Vanessa Paradis began in 1987. So everything that happened this week paled in comparison to my 10-year old self finally getting a photo with my first crush ever! I remember that moment like it was yesterday. I was sitting on my grandma’s couch in the former U.S.S.R., watching a Saturday morning music show, when an adorable young French girl with a baby voice by the name of Vanessa Paradis sang to me from inside the tube. It was a song called “Joe Le Taxi” and I couldn’t understand a word. The language barrier didn’t matter: I was madly in love.
I've followed Vanessa’s career ever since. From her French films (Girl On The Bridge being a favorite), to her albums (1992’s self-titled album—her only English effort, produced by Lenny Kravitz—is a masterpiece), to the fashion world’s (and my) obsession with her face, eyes, gap in her teeth, and incredible style. I was a bonafide fan. Hello!!! That Coco Chanel ad, with Vanessa inside a birdcage, is pure art!
I first met Paradis in the winter of 2010, when Marie Claire shot her for its April issue. There was a snowstorm looming over NYC, and when I walked onto the set I heard Brigitte Bardot’s music playing in the background. I was mesmerized when I saw her from the corner of my eye; I couldn’t speak. During the break, Marie Claire’s fashion director, Nina Garcia, brought Vanessa over and introduced us. Paradis extended her hand and said, “I saw you looking when you walked in, you look familiar, have we met before?” I mumbled, “Only in my dreams”. I must have freaked her out, but she smiled and was super sweet nevertheless. I was so nervous that I didn’t even ask for a photo. A few minutes later she went back to the shoot, and I waved as I was leaving. I’m sure she didn’t even notice, but that didn’t matter. I was as happy as a little girl!
Fast forward to the Cinema Society and Women's Health premiere for John Turturro’s hilarious comedy Fading Gigolo, which stars Woody Allen, Sofia Vergara, Turturro, Sharon Stone, Liev Schreiber and Vanessa. Paradis sat a few rows behind me; her hair was short and she looked more stunning than ever before. The film was sharp and witty. The brilliant cast meshed so well together, and Vanessa was delightful in her first English role. As if I wasn’t nervous enough, Vanessa and I arrived at the same exact time to the afterparty at Bar Nana. I made my way through the crowd of models, socialites, actors, and fashion designers, and I saw her posse take the corner booth. I waited a few minutes, walked over and introduced myself. She was super sweet and guarded. She even remembered the Marie Claire shoot where we first met. Everything about our conversation now seems like a blur, I just remember seeing stars and being super nervous. When I asked for a photo, she happily obliged. A few moments later we were once again worlds apart. But that photo of us will forever live in on my iPhone and the web-o-sphere. Nothing else mattered that evening. A few minutes later I slipped out of the party, completely exhilarated and sweating like a wh*re in church. Yes, dreams do come true…

It appears Terry Richardson might be spending a little too much time with Lady Gaga by his latest offering on Terry's Diary. The photog wigs out for the cameras giving his trademark thumbs up in a plaid shirt. Our visit to the always chock-full-of-skin blog also included shirtless hunky male mods, a look at his current Harper's Bazaar spread with Kate Moss, and behind-the-scenes fun with DNA model Eniko Mihalik. Never boring. Earlier this week, Neil Patrick Harris tweeted that he shot with Richardson for Rolling Stone, remarking it was 'a bucket list moment' for him, but mysteriously deleted the tweet a bit later...
