What's with that extra little spring in the step of the gay man in your life today? It was announced this morning that Cher (!!!!) will be doing a live performance at New York's Pier Dance on gay pride day later this month and the boys are in a tizzy. Cher is pulling out all the Cher these days to promote her 26th album, Closer To The Truth. If you won't be rolling with the boys later this month, you can catch her debut her new single on The Voice tonight.

While you were sleeping...That hunk of all hunks, David Gandy, looked dandy at the Burberry Prorsum show in London earlier today. It's day three and the final day of LCM (That's London Collections: Men for the Yanks!), and rag & bone showed their men's collection yesterday after years of showing at NYFW joining labels such as Alexander McQueen, Jonathan Saunders, and Paul Smith.

Hamish Bowles And Olivia Palermo To Be Honored At ACE Awards
Attention, accoutrement fanatics: on November 4th, the Accessories Council will host its 17th annual Accessories Council Excellence awards at Cipriani on 42nd Street. Who's being honored this year? Rag & Bone will nab the breakthrough award; Nordstrom gets top billing in the omni-channel retailer category; Charming Charlie scores as specialty retailer; Warby Parker will win for retail innovation; Olivia Palermo scored in the distinguished style category; Hamish Bowles will get the Mary Lou Luther journalism award; and Frye, the bootmaking company celebrating its 150th birthday this year, will win the first-ever legacy award. Who else? A full date won't be disclosed until just before the event, so stay tuned. Last year honorees included Theodora & Callum, Vince Camuto, Calvin Klein Collection, and former Essence EIC Constance White, to name a few. The Swarovski-sponsored event was originally founded in 1997 to honor major influencers in the accessories industry. Honorees are nominated and voted upon by accessory industry members, retailers, the Accessories Council Board of Directors and the fashion press. Congrats to those announced! Now, we're busy wondering] what accessories Mr. Bowles and Ms. Palermo will don?
