Leave it to Gawker to discover the Housing Works Tumblr, where they've posted a picture of an autographed copy of Tyra Banks' book Modelland with personalized notes on a POST-IT (!!!!!!) to assumed donaters Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen. Banks tells Ashley to "SMIZE" and encourages MK to stay, "Stay fierce and fabulous." The book is for sale for a measely $100. Priceless.
