It wouldn't be Paris Haute Couture without a little visit from Dita Von Teese. Today she wore head-to-toe black (shocker!) to her pal Jean Paul Gautier's show at his grand Rue Saint Martin headquarters. We could all use a little haute in New York City today. Brrrrrr....
