It seems like a lifetime ago when Marc Jacobs and Lil' Kim attended The Fashion Group International's 21st Annual Night of Stars at Cipriani. But the year was only 2004! Today, Marc is the mayor of Bleecker Street, where he presides over 5,329 (?) eponymous boutiques, and Kim has, um, been a contestant on Dancing With the Stars. She also spent a year in the slammer.
