On days like this, the sweltering streets of deep summer in NYC sound downright amazing. But once the temps actually hit those humid highs, dash to the Thompson Hotel's LES outpost to cool off, thanks to a series of pop-up Thursday eve pool parties co-hosted by Topshop. The swank hotel's Room100 suite will be transformed into a customized boutique, just a short, drip-dry distance from the pool terrace. The series kicks off this Thursday; three more poolside bashes are scheduled for the first Thursday of each month, from 6 to 10 p.m. For the Foursquare literate out there: don't forget to check in while you're sunning to score a free Summer Survival Tote bag.
