The Hottest Reservation You Won't Get
Each séjour in Paris brings a new restaurant du moment, and this season, the table to get just happens to be a new-ish spot called Frenchie. It was written up last summer in Departures, and now, this hot spot located in the old Garment District is booked straight through to April. Chef Gregory Marchand has worked under Jamie Oliver and Danny Meyer, and the brandade de morue is giving le Voltaire a run for its money among the fashion set. Naturally, Chic Report is attempting to infiltrate, but even our secret sources are saying there's no chance. Send us your reports...And in the meantime, we'll see you au Baratin. THE DETAILS: 5, rue du Nil, Paris, 01.40.39.96.19
