The Ghost of Karen Elson
Whether Karen Elson is gracing the runway or the recording studio, we’re behind it. Her latest rock/blues album (made with husband Jack White) is titled The Ghost Who Walks, and with the exception of “Lunasa,” all songs on the album are written by Elson. The title song is a troubled tale of a man murdering his lover…frightening stuff, but Elson’s haunting voice is utterly mesmerizing. THE DETAILS: Colette, $21
