Rebecca Minkoff
(NEW YORK) Sharply pleated suede schoolgirl skirts, a perfect plaid cape, and moto jackets to go around--Rebecca Minkoff's Fall 2010 collection was themed Paris, Je T'aime, and according to the designer, "it's all about what I want to wear when I can't be in Paris all the time." Of course, a perfect trench and just-slouchy-enough tees added plenty of versatility to her ready-to-wear, but for Minkoff, the bread and butter of her business is still those bags. There was a variety for every It girl on display, from long-strapped and studded cross-body bags to quilted oversized clutches and a full range of other styles boasting zippers, buckles, and every luxe color and finish. Considering Minkoff's price points are still too reasonable, prepare to see the bags partout.
