The British Vogue editrix puts together one heck of a book, but it's her totally low-key ways that have won us over. While show-goers waited upwards of 20 minutes for the joint Mark Fast-Mary Katrantzou show to open its doors, Shulman waited patiently outside by herself (no bodyguard!)—even while Hilary Alexander knocked down the door and Kate Lanphear left “to get a cocktail.”
