(LOS ANGELES) While the rest of the world impatiently awaits the premiere of Mad Men, set to air on July 25, the cast and crew revealed the new season to a crowd of enthusiastically supportive friends, families and industry insiders on Tuesday night at the Mann 6 Theater at Hollywood and Highland---sponsored by the equally dapper Banana Republic. Mad Men fans filled every single seat inside the theater as Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning producer and creator Matthew Weiner took to the stage, beaming with pride, to introduce the episode. “This is our fourth season premiere, and most people in television don't ever get to say that,” he said. “It’s the most embarrassing thing in the world to say, but I really, really hope you all like it!”

The full cast stepped out to celebrate and a few reflected a bit on how the program has affected their personal style. “I think men cared a lot more about how they looked back then…they looked good. Men’s fashion today has become so much more casual, and childish, actually. Today my personal style is a little more Edwardian and Victorian, actually; but I take my cues from these guys!” explained Jarred Harris, nudging co-stars Jon Hamm and Christopher Stanley before walking into the theater.

Elisabeth Moss donned a striking emerald green frock for the event, turning heads thanks to the curve-hugging retro-inspired cut. “Honestly, I try to avoid vintage at all costs if I can help it. I wear enough vintage on set…but when my stylist brought me this Oscar de la Renta dress, I knew I had to wear it,” confided the actress with a mischievous grin. “If a girl gets a chance to wear Oscar at any point in her life, she should take it!”

Following the screening, the evening extended into a crowded courtyard cocktail party at the Chateau Marmont, where guests toasted the fourth season beneath the stars and enjoyed live music in the hotel lobby. “I couldn’t be happier. The most special thing about tonight has been hearing people’s reactions about the episode and just being here with my best friends,” shared Christina Hendricks, in dramatic black lace Dolce & Gabbana. “The Chateau is ridiculously beautiful and it’s just a celebratory night all around. Everyone seems really happy.”
