Penthouse in the Sky
What floor plan are we ogling today? David Chu’s sprawling Park Avenue penthouse. The man behind the brand Nautica and his wife, Gina, priced the 5 bedroom, 5 bathrooms, 7,7000 square foot apartment at a cool $32,800,000. While Mr. Chu sold the company back in 2003,clearly he’s fallen into some fairly sweet digs. Even if you’re not in the market for an uber-expensive palace, then you can still longingly admire from afar and get your real estate fix for the afternoon.
