Noot & Milk
When Naomi Campbell raised money for Haiti, she did it by hawking dresses and bags, and Noot Seear (Fotorelief & Rose Charities President) did it with a photo auction. And what a little silent Milk Studios auction it was! Seer assembled pieces by an impressive group of young and established photographers, including Annie Leibovitz, Patrick Demarchelier, Lane Coder, Bruce Weber, Mario Testino, and Alexi Lubomisrki who attracted the bids by personally promoting his work. Others who come out to support (guests donated $20 at the door) included Nicole Trunfio, Jessica Gomes, and Richard Chai, who was fresh off his CFDA nomination. “But that’s not the only reason that I’m happy,” he smiled. “I also finally took a vacation to Mexico and I think I really need it.”
