Uptown, downtown---it seems chicsters will travel all over the island for the chance to dress up and throw on a mask, non? Last year, El Museo del Barrio held its annual Dia de los Meurtos (that's Day of the Dead, for those of you who don't hablo) at its Fifth Ave and 105th Street digs, but this year, the party moved downtown to a sprawling rooftop space in Tribeca. The differences ended there. Guests still enjoyed free-flowing cocktails, a fabulously festive dance performance, and skeletons everywhere one looked. Melissa George and Bibhu Mohapatra, who arrived ensemble post-FGIs, even made their own spooky friend...
