To celebrate the Target and Neiman Marcus holiday collection, the hi-low duo feted a shopping event for designers, celebs, and industry VIPs at their midtown pop-up shop. (Scurry out right now, NYC cheris! The 530 Fifth Ave. temporary outpost is open today only.) The retailers have enlisted 24 of America’s most awesome designers to create an assortment of more than 50 giftable goodies, ranging from $7.99 to $499.99. Available at all Target and Neiman Marcus stores nationwide, as well as online at Target.com and NeimanMarcus.com on December 1st. So who left carrying out bikes, suitcases, and barware? Celebs including Zoe Saldana, Leighton Meester, Karlie Kloss, Kate Bosworth, Allison Williams, Shay Mitchell, Hannah Bronfman, Steven Kolb, plus designers Stacey Bendet, Brian Atwood, Derek Lam, Diane von Furstenberg, Jason Wu, Lela Rose, Prabal Gurung, and Thom Browne turned out to fulfill their holiday shopping lists. With such a booming turnout we could only imagine the frenzy at Neiman Marcus will generate if (or, perhaps, when) the Dallas-based luxury store graces NYC with its presence. Prabal Gurung: "Just to throw it out there: Lower East Side. It would make area even more exciting. All the hipsters are going to hate me now!"

Karlie Kloss: "In the West Village, so it would be near me!"

Alice + Olivia's Stacey Bendet: "Neiman’s in New York would have to be uptown. It’s such an institution amongst the ladies of the world. It feels like something you would go uptown and have lunch and shop."

Lela Rose: "I’m sure it would be on Madison. Neiman’s is a top dollar retailer and it’s truly Madison Avenue-worthy!"

Brian Atwood: "Bergdorf’s positioning is gorgeous."

Zoe Saldana: "Aren’t they affiliated with Barney’s or Bergdorf’s? Could they put it next to Bergdorf's?"
