Minkoff’s Parisian Dreams
Chic recently caught up with Rebecca Minkoff, and although the designer was lamenting being unable to go to Paris for Fashion Week (although she revealed that she will be dashing over just weeks later!), Minkoff had the City of Lights on the brain as she walked us through her apparel line for Fall. She explained, “I am obsessed with Parisians! I can’t live there, and so this is my fantasy wardrobe. Everyone wants to be the cool Parisian girl, and this is my ode to that.” But even more than the mode, Minkoff admitted her true French love: “I am a sucker for the falafel in the Jewish district. And I always have raspberry champagne whenever I’m in Paris. Oh, I can’t talk about this anymore. I’m making myself hungry!”
