Rachel Zoe styled the shoot and while you probably think we're going to comment on Miley's missing shirt, we're not going there. Billy Ray's little darling talks about her upcoming wedding to hottie Liam Hemsworth. “I feel the bigger the wedding, the more it becomes a target for people to ruin," she explains.
