(NEW YORK) The Italian Trade Commission in collaboration with FIAMP held a luncheon at the W Hotel Friday afternoon, celebrating that every accessory of Made in Italy will be displayed for an exhibition in Bryant Park until February 18th. The Italian Trade Commission toasted the fact that Italian goods have retained the largest influence on the accessory industry internationally. Buyers and the like can visit the exhibition to peruse the authentic, Made in Italy handbags, jewelry, eyeglass, fur, footwear, and leather accessories all throughout New York Fashion Week. FIAMP President, Mauro Muzzolon, explained, “The Accessories Week here in New York is so important, because by changing an accessory you can change an entire outfit. Distribution is also changing its approach in the world of accessories.” Executive Director for the Italian Trade Commission, Aniello Musella, noted, “I wish that everyone here can come to Italy soon and enjoy all the beauty it has to offer,” and with that the crowd indulged in a meal of pan-seared Chilean sea bass and crème brulee.
