There's no shortage of reasons why Chic Report loves Lisa Salzer of Lulu Frost, but the latest? The darling designer hosted a "loan party" last night, where guests previewed her new Silver & Gold collection--and then took pieces home gratis to sport all throughout Fashion Week. Early birdies got first dibs, as she put it--but there was no shortage of lovely baubles to be borrowed. Expect a particularly ornamented crowd of chicettes this season!
