Next on the collab docket? Lulu Guinness is pairing with JCPenney, and the British designer's gently-priced duds will drop next spring. According to Vogue UK, Lulu Guinness is opening dedicated boutiques with JCPenney, each carrying the Lulu by Lulu Guinness inaugural collection.
