This season, when Chic makes a journey to see the Mariinsky Orchestra and other attractions at the storied Carnegie Hall, we’ll finally have a place to indulge before all our classical bliss. Accomplished chef and sommelier Fabio Capparelli opened the doors to cityhouse earlier this summer, and the results are quite scrumptious. On a recent visit, Chic sampled everything from perfect foie gras to peppered scallops with a pop to a pan-seared piece of sea bass.  The chef’s braised specialty short ribs with potato gratin will get anyone one in the mood for three hours with Yo-Yo Ma & Co.
