Chic lauded Prabal Gurung for his spot-on Marc Jacobs costume at The Standard's Halloween party, but what did Marc think? Turns out, he didn't get a chance to see it---in person, anyway. "It was daunting to be Mr. Jacobs, but I thought I’d give it a shot," Gurung told us last night at the Phoenix House Fashion Awards. "I saw Lorenzo [Martone], but I didn’t want to see Marc.
