Werk! Karl Lagerfeld shot "Fashion's Fairy Grandmother" aka Carine Roifeld for Harper's Bazaar as she took a leisurely stroll with her little bundle of joy. High heels? Don't leave home without 'em! Roitfeld became a grandma in May to her daughter Julia Restoin-Roitfeld's first child, Romy Nicole Konjic.
