Lady Gaga tried on her Ivy League hat yesterday, namely a tall cage-like chapeaux, as she descended upon the Harvard U campus to launch her Born This Way Foundation to empower youth. Oprah and Deepak Chopra were on hand to help the pop sensation along with 1,100 students, faculty, and guests. "I wish there was [a kindness law]," Gaga told the crowd. "Because, you know, I’d be chained naked to a fence somewhere trying to pass it!"
