What’s your fave resto du moment?
I’m reluctant to tell you because then they’ll be crowded and I won’t be able to get a table, so I’m going to give you the worst one. Just kidding! Moby Dick’s is awesome—and it’s my friend’s place, so I think I’ll still get a table even if it gets crowded.

Lucky you! Anywhere else you frequent?
Crow’s Nest, where I also know the owners, plus old favorites like the [Napeague] Clam Bar.

Do you hit up Nick & Toni’s?
No, that’s not my scene.

What do you order at the Momofuku Milk Bar outpost in your Montauk store?
Crack pie! 100 percent of the time. And an iced coffee.

How many slices have you had so far this summer?
Well, how many weekends have there been so far? Since Memorial Day, at least one per day when I’m out there, so that’s a minimum of two per weekend…I’d have to do the math!
