Chic is talking about today's big, now-you're-legal birthday of the Biebs, of course. Happy 1-8 to the formerly floppy-haired teen sensation! He may or may not have stolen Chic's heart with an accidental viewing of Never Say Never on Netflix one wintry eve. Happened. Is it weird to feel slightly existential watching J.Bieber age? Can we deal with the eventual pap pic of him and Selena splitting a cig (or some Salvia)? So many pressing quandaries. Luckily, everyone else seems to be weighing in on what the Bieb's next move should be, including a jaunt into space. On the fashion front: that trademark coif is indeed missed, but hey, this snazzy YSL number and chic frames aren't too shabby. Oh, baby!
