LAW FIRM THAT REPRESENTED ANNA NICOLE SMITH WILL REPRESENT JWOWW OF MTV’S ‘JERSEY SHORE’

CARLE PLACE, N.Y. -- MTV Jersey Shore sensation Jenni “JWoWW” Farley has retained the powerhouse law firm of Leeds, Morelli & Brown PC (LMB) to represent her in business endeavors, the firm announced today.

Len Leeds, the firm’s managing partner, was the first attorney to represent Anna Nicole Smith, the voluptuous Playboy centerfold, in her legal matters with the magazine, including her contract with the men’s magazine. LMB also represented Smith in her day-to-day business across the United States.

In addition to her involvement in “Jersey Shore,” JWoWW is the owner of Jenni Farley Design, and JWoWW Promotions, a promotion and fashions business. She is a resident of Long Island, N.Y.

LMB will be Farley’s exclusive legal agent, preparing and negotiating contracts on her behalf involving her clothing line, appearances, and more. The law firm also will handle corporate matters for the MTV star, establishing corporations and registering trademarks.

Leeds represented Smith in her battle for the billion-dollar estate of her late, first husband, Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshal II.   Leeds also represented 60’s crooner Jay Black in the singer’s purchase of his professional name in a bankruptcy court proceeding.
