It's a shame that we moved to Midtown, because now we actually have to travel to hit up Nuela, the Adam Platt-approved addition to the Flatiron district designed by none other than fashion's Angel Sanchez. Executive chef Adam Schop's "Nuevo-Latino" spot is a welcome antedote to the ultra-salted, heartily meat-centric dishes found in most of NYC's restos du moment. As winter Restaurant Week approaches, a deal for vous: Nuela's entire menu will be offered for the $35/person rate. This means one appetizer or ceviche, one main course, and one dessert. See you on the F train...THE DETAILS: 43 West 24th Street, near Broadway, 212-929-1200, nuelany.com
