Carry On, Chicsters
A brief Wednesday afternoon history lesson: the Keep Calm and Carry On slogan that tout le monde is saying these days originates from a propaganda poster produced by the British government in 1939 during the beginning of World War II, offering instructions as to what to do if there were an air raid. The posters, and subsequently, the mantra, were discarded and never used. Today there are a bevy of Keep Calm products to choose from, but our favorite? This wool rug in deep crimson.
