Behind The Scenes: Chanel Iman for Amazon
'Tis the season! Here's a looky at the gorgeous Chanel Iman getting prettied for her photo shoot for Amazon's Fashion Holiday campaign shot by Matthew Rolston. Brands featured in the campaign include Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent, Sam Edelman, Kenneth Jay Lane, Tracy Reese, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Anne Klein and Kate Spade. Yesterday the Financial Times explored Amazon's role in the fashion business with Hana Ben-Shabat, an A.T. Kearney consultant who advises fashion brands on e-commerce. “This is a hot, hot issue," Ben-Shabat explains. "It’s a dilemma because Amazon is the largest online store. You’ve got an opportunity to be part of that. But you ask yourself: ‘Do I want to be in the place where people go to find deals on shampoo, books, and groceries? Do I want to be part of a basket?" Thoughts?
