Another Vanity Fair Cover for Marilyn Monroe
June's Vanity Fair features our dearly departed, inlcuding outtakes of Marilyn's last on-set photo. Also: a special investigation into the final days of Whitney Houston! But first: the Monroe feature reveals that she was deeply jealous of Elizabeth Taylor. "Larry, if I do come out of the pool with nothing on, I want your guarantee that when your pictures appear on the covers of magazines, Elizabeth Taylor is not anywhere in the same issue," she allegedly told photographer Lawrence Schiller. Monroe died the following day at age 36. She last appeared on VF's 25th anniversary issue in October 2008.
