La Belle Wintour is still---still---in Paris! The Vogue editrix, who famously planned to attend the Oscars this year, thus whipping the organizers of Milan and Paris fashion weeks into a frenzy, was spotted at Stella McCartney at 10 a.m. this morning, looking splendid in a purple fur collar with a deliciously tweedy suit. (Karl?) Clearly, she changed her plans...and we couldn't be more thrilled to have her avec nous in the city of light. Darling, will you stay for Vuitton?
