Anna Della Russo: Moonlighting as Macy's Editrix!

Anna says, "Fashion is the right thing at the right moment," and last night was certainly that. A decidedly downtown chic crowd gathered at a studio in Soho for the launch of Anna Della Russo's new collaboration with Macy's International Concept. She is harnessing her quirky, eccentric style in her most comfortable role as editor at large for the store (which is Karl's fav new outpost, too. Fancy that!). The result is a marketable, mod combination of pink, black, purple, and red in feminine one-shouldered dresses and furry shag coats. DJ Sky Ferreira spun thumping music as models presented looks and inquiring guests invented their own concoctions at the Bellini bar. PYTs like Harley Viera-Newton, Solange Knowles, Irina Shayk, Genevieve Jones, Byrdie Bell and Becka Diamond were all on hand for pictures on the hot pink carpet, extending to the street.
