We’ve heard of handing out sweets and treats during an event, but chewing tobacco? Last night during the VMAN Scandinavian Issue party, guests were offered containers of Swedish snuff brand General White Portion before the runway show and concert portion of the evening. Did this fête take place in West Virginia, you ask? No---the celebration was held at the Good Units club at the Hudson Hotel. Chic grabbed a complementary tin, at first mistaking it for a box of mints, a more commonplace freebie. We got quite the surprise when we opened it...
