An Evening of Indie Rock
Sometimes we just need to lay back, relax, put on our headphones and tune out the chaos of the day. The latest addition to Chic’s iPod? The National’s newest album, High Violet, which was just released last Tuesday. Luckily for us, American Express presented a special concert with The National on Saturday in celebration of the ZYNC Card Launch. Guests including Julia Stiles, Kate Walsh and Zach Quinto trekked out to the Brooklyn Academy of Music to enjoy a laid-back, musical evening. What’s more, all proceeds from the celebration will benefit the Red Hot organization, a charity dedicated to fighting AIDS worldwide.
